Is booking on this site a guaranteed appointment?
No, it’s a request. We do our best to meet your preferred time, but we'll contact you to confirm timing based on our route in your area.
How does pricing work?
We price by how much volume your items take in our truck, plus any regulated surcharges (for example Freon appliances or certain electronics). We’ll outline a rough range when we respond, and the crew confirms the exact price on-site before work begins.
Can I send photos?
Yes, you can upload photos in our booking form. You can also text photos when we call you back, which helps us narrow the estimate, but final estimates are given in person once we've had a chance to see the items.
What don’t you take?
We can’t take hazardous materials: chemicals, wet paint, fuels, biohazards, asbestos, and other items restricted by Miami-Dade disposal rules. Ask if you’re unsure.
Do I need to move items to the curb?
No. Point to what goes, and we do the lifting. Curbside is fine too if you prefer contactless.
